Refund policy

At  Esbbie Coutue , every piece is crafted and packed with care. Since we deal in limited and curated collections, we currently follow a no return, no exchange, and no refund policy.

When can I request a return or exchange?

The only exception is if you receive an incorrect size than the one you ordered. In such cases:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing - esbbiecouture@gmail.com or contacting us via WhatsApp on +91 9711393527

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Once we verify, we will arrange for the correct size to be shipped to you at no extra cost.

What if I ordered the wrong size by mistake?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for incorrect size selection made by the customer. Please double-check your measurements and refer to our Size Guide before placing your order.


Refunds

We do not offer cash refunds. If the correct size is unavailable in the case of a wrong-size delivery, we may provide a store credit for the same value.


Final Sale

All products are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except as outlined above.
